Raising a kitten turns the smallest achievements into important news. If a meal goes well, you want to tell somebody. If a little paw reaches toward you, you leave whatever you are doing for later. Your baby cat needs you, and there's nothing more important than that.

Cat parents who have cared for a young kitten understand why an ordinary moment of play deserves its place in the camera roll. Soon, your baby will grow, and you'll have only the pictures to remember how small it once was. The orange kitten in this story had a difficult beginning. The rescuer explains that his cat mother gave birth on the street and then didn't accept him. For some reason, the mom rejected the poor kitty, and he needed attention. We don't need to turn the mother into a villain. This is pretty common when a cat mom gives birth, but luckily, someone stepped in.

Feeling sorry for a kitten takes a second. It is very different to take responsibility for him and continue to care for him after the first rush of emotion.
